Instructions:
- Use a medium brush from the FolkArt Paintbrush Set to paint a frame around the edge of the Chalkboard Heart Plaque with Seashell Pink.
- Once dry, add a border of Vintage Tea Rose inside the Seashell Pink.
- Let cure 24 hours.
- Before using, lightly rub chalk over surface to condition.
