Cut desired banner shapes from sections of flannel shirts.
Place banner pieces on wax paper and apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to seal and stiffen fabric. Let dry.
Cut small linen squares larger than stencil letter size as shown. Attach linen squares to flannel with a thin coat of Mod Podge. Place squares on banner pieces and let dry.
Remove 2 pockets from shirts and fill pocket with wax paper, coat front and back with mod podge and let dry.
Stencil letters as shown with Apple Barrel Multi Surface and stencil brush. Let dry.
Attach banner pieces to jute with hot glue as shown.
