Instructions
- Cut desired banner shapes from sections of flannel shirts.
- Place banner pieces on wax paper and apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to seal and stiffen fabric. Let dry.
- Cut small linen squares larger than stencil letter size as shown. Attach linen squares to flannel with a thin coat of Mod Podge. Place squares on banner pieces and let dry.
- Remove 2 pockets from shirts and fill pocket with wax paper, coat front and back with mod podge and let dry.
- Stencil letters as shown with Apple Barrel Multi Surface and stencil brush. Let dry.
- Attach banner pieces to jute with hot glue as shown.
- Insert floral stems into pockets as shown.
