Instructions
- Wrap paper around vase and trim to fit.
- Stencil Arrow Pattern over entire paper surface. Let paint dry.
- Position stenciled paper in place and tape entire length of seam.
- An alternate to using stenciled paper would be to paint glass vase with Vintage White and stencil directly onto the glass with Tuscan Red.
