Instructions
1. Basecoat frame and back of frame insert with Licorice and let dry,
2. Paint second coat on frame with Metallic Sequin Black and let dry.
3. Start with the ghosts in the back first. Squeeze paint directly from bottle onto the surface, Squeeze paint in a quarter size/ oval shaped pile and drag down with squeegee to create ghosts.
4. Let back row dry then repeat with ghosts that are in the front row.
5. Let dry and add eyes with Licorice and small brush.
