  • Medium Grit Sandpaper

Instructions

  1. Basecoat the frame with Wicker White with the ¾” flat brush.  Allow to dry.
  2. Mod Podge the Napkins to the frame using the flat #10.
  3. Once dry sand off the excess paper around the edges.
