Instructions:
1. Print out your Digital Download
2. Trace one frame onto the printouts, cut to fit
3. Paint all frame and edges white, let dry
4. Draw floral shapes on the back and cutout to get decorative blue shapes like the photo. Reference image for design and inspiration.
5. Also follow the patterns of the printout to cut out wavy designs like the photo.
6. Use Mod Podge to apply the cutouts and pieces to each frame, smoothing over everything to secure.
