  • Rub-on Transfers
  • Unfinished Frame
  • ¾" flat brush

Instructions

  1. Basecoat the frame with Linen.  Allow to dry.
     
  2. Mod Podge the entire frame with papers.  Allow to dry
     
  3. Add rub ons. 
     
  4. Add a top coat of Mod Podge.
