Mod Podge Multi Frame

Instructions

1. Basecoat the frame with Barely Pink.  Allow it to dry.
2. Remove all the layers of the napkin except for the printed layer.
3. Cut the napkin to fit onto the frame.
4. Decoupage the napkin to the frame. Allow it to dry.
5. Add a topcoat to seal frame.
