  • 2 different patterns of scrapbook paper
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Basecoat the planter with Festive Fuchsia.  Allow it to dry.
  2. Cut out alternating patterns and decoupage with Mod Podge. 
  3. Add a topcoat to seal.
