Mod Podge Valentine’s Day Wine Bottle
Share a bottle of your favorite bubbly in this festive Valentine’s Day bottle.

Instructions

  1. Pour Red Sheer Color onto the stencil blank. Move the blank around until most of it is covered. Allow to dry. May take 24 hours. 
  2. While your waiting for the red to dry. Trace the labels on the bottle. Cut out paper to cover the labels from the paper pad. Mod Podge paper to the labels. 
  3. Apply Mod Podge to a small portion of a scrap piece of burlap. Allow to dry. This will keep the burlap from fraying when cutting. Using the pattern provided cut out the small sized heart. Brush the Red Sheer Color around the edges of burlap heart and the labels previously Mod Podge to bottle. Allow to dry. 
  4. Mod Podge the twine around the top of the bottle. Allow to dry. Brush with Red Sheer Color. 
  5. Once the Sheer Color have dried on the Stencil Blanks using the pattern provided and a craft knife. Cut out several extra small sized hearts. Apply hearts to bottle until it is completely covered. These will stick on their own. Cut out a large sized heart from the Red Sheer Color and add a little Mod Podge to the back and stick it into the center of the front label. Allow to dry and then Mod Podge the burlap heart on top. 
Tip: When Mod Podging the twine dip the end of the twine into the Mod Podge and hold it in place while using a blow dryer on a cool setting. This will help it stick quickly.
