Instructions

  2. Paint the ornate frame starting at the top with Purple Pansy and gradually blending in the Petunia Purple in the middle and ending up with the Petunia Purple at the bottom Allow to dry.
  3. Brush two coats of Mod Podge Sparkle onto the frame. Allow to dry and then add the pink glittered gems as shown in photo.
  4. Brush Mod Podge Sparkle onto the other frame and start sprinkling the blue glitter in spots. Continue with the other colors filling the empty sponts until you have a mixture of all the colors covering the entire frame. Allow to dry and then remove any excess glitter.
  5. Paint the four spool Purple Pansy. Allow to dry. Glue them to the bottom of the flat ornate frame in the corners. And then glue to the front of the glittered frame.
  6. Paint the inside of the frame with the black chalkboard paint. You make need to cut out a piece of wood or even foam board if your frame does not come with a wooden backing. Allow to dry and then condition by rubbing the chalkboard with chalk and then wiping off with a soft cloth.
  7. Print out your pattern of the peacock feather and place under the clear mat. Cut a piece of wire to lay in the center of the feather a little longer than the feather. Using the Mod Melter with the White Mod Melt trace the feather going down the center first over the wire and then go outward from the center to finish the rest.
  8. Once dry peel from mat. Brush Sparkle Mod Podge on and sprinkle with silver glitter. Allow to dry and the brush off excess glitter. Glue the tiny gems along the center from bottom to top making an oval at the top as shown in photo.
  9. Curl the end of the wire of feather and hot glue to the frame as shown in photo.
