Other Things You'll Need

  • Basswood oval tray 12" x 16"
  • Scrapbook paper
  • Small round brush
  • 3/4" flat brush
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Basecoat the entire tray with Slate Gray Chalkboard Paint. Allow to dry.
  2. Cut paper to fit around the rim of tray. Refer to photo.
  3. Glue paper in place using Mod Podge.
  4. Using the round brush, paint the scrolls in Licorice.
  5. Add a top coat of Mod Podge on top of paper only.
