Instructions

  1. Use FolkArt Acrylic paint to coat your Anchor Surface and let dry.
  2. Optional: Paint your picture frame any desired color.
  3. Paint the word "Beach" onto your frame and let dry. Feel free to use a stencil of your choice.
  4. Apply the Anchor with craft glue to the frame and let dry.
  5. Hang your tassle or accessory onto the top of the anchor.
