Make a quick and easy serving tray for July 4th with FolkArt paints and your favorite clip art. Make it extra durable by using Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe.
Instructions
- Paint the entire tray with Navy Blue paint. Use two coats and allow for dry time in between.
- Apply a coat of Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe to the back of the paper cut-out. Place the paper cut-out onto the tray near the corner. Smooth with your fingers to remove any bubbles. Allow to dry for 15 minutes. Top-coat with two layers of Mod Podge and allow to dry in between coats. Cure as directed on the bottle.
- TIP: Dishwasher safe Mod Podge is great when you want to achieve a very hard coat on surface. This is great on items that you would not normally put in the dishwasher but where you want the hard finish.
