Neon Flower Pots

Instructions

1. Use the spouncer to basecoat each pot with two neon colors in a random pattern.
2. Cut out flowers and leaves using the electric cutting machine with adhesive stencil material.
3. Place the cutouts onto the clay pots. Use the spouncer to paint the entire pot, also going over the adhesive cutouts. Paint some of the pots with the True Blue and the others with Hot Pink.
4. Remove the cutouts to reveal the neon colors underneath
