Neon Hinged Frame

Instructions

1. Remove the hinges from frame.
2. Basecoat the two parts of the frame with Neon Yellow.
3. Tape off different angles and paint Neon Blue and Neon Pink.  Refer to photo for placement of color.
4. Paint Happy Birthday in Black using the liner brush.
