Instructions
- Use your stencil tape to tape off stripes on your wood frame. Paint the blank spaces of your frame with alternating FolkArt Neon colors. Remove stencil tape and let dry.
- Tape off half of your milk jar. Use your spouncer in a dabbing formation to apply Pink Neon onto the bottom half of your milk jar. Remove stencil tape and let dry.
