This quick and easy neon frame will look great in a child's bedroom or playroom!
Instructions
- Tape off 2” from the bottom. Paint the bottom half with Neon Orange and the top half with Neon Pink.
- Remove the tape and allow the paint to dry. When the paint is dry, tape off the frame so you can paint the center section. Paint the center section with Neon Blue.
