Remove the top of the ornament. Add a teaspoon of rubbing alcohol, coat the inside, pour out the alcohol and allow to dry.
Evenly pour Mod Podge Sparkle, Pearl White and Bright Red into the ball. Swivel the ball around until the entire inside is coated. It should begin to marbleized. Turn upside down in a cup so that the excess paint runs out of the ball. Allow to dry for 24 hours, rotating every few hours.
Hot glue the pine garland to the cardboard circle. Hot glue glitter leaves around the garland. Glue the ornament ball to the center of the cardboard. Add ribbon and small ornament embellishments around the ball.
