Paint Chips Spring Banner

Instructions

1. Cut paint chips into triangle banner shape.
2. Glue matching buttons to each chip as shown,
3. Paint wood flowers with Wicker White and let dry.
4. Glue buttons to center of flowers as shown.
5. Glue flowers and paint chips to jute as shown.
