Instructions
- Basecoat in each character in this order, Bright Yellow, Laguna, Lilac Mist, Jack-O-Lantern and Cameo Pink. Allow to dry.
- Make White dots with the Spouncer. Allow to dry and then use the liner brush to outline the dots in Black.
