Use a circle template to cut a ring out of a paper plate. You can trace jar lids to get a template.
Paint stripes on your ring with Apple Barrel paint and let dry.
Use a ruler and pencil to mark eight dots around your ring equidistant from each other. Use your hole punch to make holes where the dots are. See project photo for reference.
Loop yarn through your holes to look like a dream catcher and tie a knot at the end. See project photo for reference.
Make three tassels with a long string on the end. Glue the strings to the back of your ring. See project photo for reference.
Cut a piece of string and glue the ends to the top of your dream catcher for a handle.
