Coat the base of the sides of the caddy with Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe. Coat the back of the paper with Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe. Position onto the tray and press with your fingers to remove any air bubbles. Wait 15 min. and then top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe.
Using heavy duty glue, attach a spider to the top of the caddy.
