Pastel Dog Leash Holder

Instructions

1. Basecoat your pallet plaque with FolkArt Matte Acrylic Wicker White paint and let dry.
2. Tape off the top and bottom areas so that you can paint them a color of your choice. Let dry, then paint your dog's name onto the middle area as the picture shows.
3. Pick up some more Wicker White with a small wood block. Offload the excess paint onto a paper towel. Drag your block onto your painted pallet in areas where you want your project to look distressed. Wipe off all the paint from your block and repeat this process with another color if desired. Let dry.
4. Use paints of your choice to freestyle paint your favorite flowers.
5. To add more to the distressed look, splatter some FolkArt Black/dark paint lightly with a toothbrush onto the holder if desired.
