Instructions
- Measure around the top of the stocking. Add two inches to the measurement for overlapping in the back. Trim the faux fur to 5-inches high by the determined measurement.
- Using the Mod Melter and Mod Melt Sticks, glue hem the top and bottom edge of the fur. The hem should be about 1 inch deep. Next, working on the fur side, glue gold trim across the lower section of the fur.
- Glue the fur to the top of the stocking. Begin and finish in the back for a clean look.
- Cut a letter from the black cotton fabric. Apply Fabric Mod Podge to the back of the letter and place in the center/middle of the stocking. Smooth with your fingers to remove any air-bubbles. Allow to dry for 4 hours.
PROJECT TIP: Stencil it! Use a stencil and FolkArt paint to add a name or initial to a stocking.
