Instructions
- Paint an area of your planters taping off the section you wouldn't like paint to get on. Let dry.
- Plug in the tool and allow it to heat up.
- Using a pencil, draw a pattern onto your wood/leather surface. (Tip: You can find line art online and transfer it using graphite paper. You can also use your favorite stencils to create your design)
- Check that your tool is hot enough by touching the tip to a scrap piece of wood/leather or by testing it on the bottom of your surface.
- Trace over the pencil lines slowly and steadily with the Wood Burning Tool.
- Make sure to turn off your tool once you are finished.
- Adhere the leather rounds onto your planters with craft glue.
- Add soil and herbs/plants of your choice.
