Instructions
- Basecoat wood plaque with desired color, then blend second color for an ombre effect. Let dry.
- Paint wood word and grove in plaque with a third color. Let dry between coats.
- Using plaque as a pattern, cut scrapbook paper same sign as wood plaque.
- Following basic instructions on Mod Podge, apply paper to the plaque as shown. Let dry.
- Attach shells or accessories as shown with hot glue.
