Trim your copy to fit the tote bag. Squeeze a dollop of Mod Podge Transfer Medium onto the top (printed side) of the image. Apply a thick layer over the image. (1/16 thick)
Slip a piece of wax paper in between the layers of the tote. Position image (wet side down) on the center of the tote. Allow to dry 24 hours.
After 24 hours, wet the image with a damp sponge and let it soak for 2 min. Working in a circular motion, rub away the paper. The image magically stays! 4. Apply gems and felt hearts with gem glue.
