Did someone say party? Get in the party mood with these uniquely designed toilet paper tube pinata candy poppers. This project is a great way to recycle items in your home to have a good time all year long!
Cut a 1” long fringe on your strips of tissue paper.
Cut out 3”x3” squares of tissue paper. Use Mod Podge to adhere a square to the bottom of your toilet paper roll. Fill your roll with wrapped candies. Adhere another square to the top of your toilet paper roll. Trim the edges off of your tissue paper.
Adhere your fringe on your toilet paper roll with Mod Podge. Start from the bottom and layer the strips up to the top.
Cut a 4” piece of yarn and hot glue the end to the bottom piece of tissue paper. When you pull the yarn, the tissue paper will break and release the candy.
