Instructions
1. Cut the plastic bottle in half. Cut out a square from the bottom half of your bottle.2. Paint the bottom half of the bottle with your favorite colors from your PROMOABMPO22 kit. Let dry.
3. Brush Mod Podge Outdoor onto the top half of your plastic bottle. While the Mod Podge is still tacky. Wrap your twine around the top half of the bottle.
4. Hotglue your two bottle halves together.
