Plastic Pencil Holders

Instructions

1. Use a craft knife and cut all three plastic bottles in half.
2. Base coat the half bottles with 2 – 3 coats of Pineapple Pop, Lime Twist, and Purple Fizz.
3. Allow drying time.
4. Use the liner brush and Coffee Creamer to add leaf details to the three half bottles.
5. Allow drying time.
