Poured and Marbled Blue Planter

Instructions

1. Pour Splash, Sea Level and Clover Field onto non-stick pan.
2. Wearing gloves, lift and tilt your pan to allow the paint to flow until surface is covered.
3. Use paint sticks to add marbling. 
4. Use droppers to splatter Neon Pop on top of swirled paint. Let this completely dry.
5. Once your paint skins are totally dry, remove them from the pan.
6. Cut out the shape needed and mod podge them on to your canvas.
