Create vase filler with music note themed papers and your favorite Mod Podge formula.
Instructions
- Tear the paper into small pieces.
- Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge Matte to the ball. Position the paper on the ball. Smooth with your fingers to remove any air-bubbles. Continue adding more pieces of paper until the entire ball is covered.
- Allow the ball to dry for 1 hour.
