Instructions
1. Paint the pallet Acapulco.
2. Paint the rainbow Outrageous Orange, Sunbeam and Light Pink.
3. Write on a piece of paper “I FIND HAPPINESS IN RAINBOWS” so that it will fit onto pallet.
4. Transfer the saying to the pallet. Refer to the photo for placement.
5. Paint the words in Black.
6. Trace the clouds onto the back of the patterned paper. Cut out clouds and Mod Podge them to the cloud layer of rainbow.
7. Cut out elements of the patterned paper and Mod Podge them around the words.
