Trim the fabric with pinking sheers and detail scissors. You can trim the fabric in an organic pattern or in a shape.
Place a piece of wax paper in between the front and back layers of the bag. Apply Fabric Mod Podge to the back of the cut fabric. Place the fabric on the front of the bag and allow to dry.
Using fabric Mod Podge, attach rhinestones to the fabric design.
