School Spirit Pennant Party Decor

Instructions:

1. Sketch a pennant shape onto your foam core and cut it out with a craft knife.
2. Basecoat the foam core shape with Folkart Multi-Surface and let dry.
3. Sketch a team spirit phrase onto the pennant and fill it in with Multi-Surface paint.
4. Paint your wooden dowel with paint and let dry. Use hot glue to adhere the foam core shape to the dowel.
5. Use painter’s tape to create sharp lines on your wood planter. Paint the planter with Folkart Multi-Surface and let dry.
6. Stick the three pennants into floral foam and place it into the planter.
