Instructions
- Combine 3 parts water and 1 part Folk Art Acrylic brown paint in a cup, then stir.
- Paint the entire beaded plaque with the watercolor mixture and allow it to fully dry. To achieve a darker tone, paint multiple coats.
- Section the beaded plaque in half with a strip of painters tape.
- Paint the bottom half of the beaded plaque with your choice of FolkArt Acrylic paint. Allow the paint to dry, then remove the painters tape.
- Paint the “Blessed” wood letters using your choice of FolkArt Acrylic paint.
- Use a pencil to write/draw out the word “Simply on the stained brown part of the plaque. Next, fill in/paint over the word using your choice of FolkArt Acrylic paint.
- Attach the painted “Blessed” wood letters to the bottom white half of the beaded plaque using hot glue.
- Arrange a ribbon, a beaded garland and faux greenery together using hot glue, then attach it to the top of the beaded plaque using the hot glue again.
