  • Transfer paper
  • Pencil
  • Paper plate
  • Paper towel

Instructions

  1. Basecoat inside of plaque with Titanium White. 
  2. Paint the frame Licorice.
  3. Transfer pattern to plaques.
  4. Use the liner brush and go over words with Treasure Gold.
