Instructions
- Remove the top and bottom of your tin can with a can opener.
- Lay the can flat on a safe work surface. Use the mallet to smash the bottom of the can until the bottom two ends meet and become flush.
- Paint the can with White. Let dry.
- Paint your wooden “hello” with Fruit Punch. Let dry.
- Remove the extra plies from your napkin until you are left with only the decorative layer.
- Apply Mod Podge Outdoor to the painted can. Gently lay the napkin flat onto the can and smooth out any wrinkles with your hand. Let dry. Apply a sealing layer of Mod Podge Outdoor.
- Use hot glue to adhere the “hello” to the front of the can, then apply a strip of twine as a hanging device to the inside top of the can.
