Remove the top and bottom of your tin can with a can opener.
Lay the can flat on a safe work surface. Use the mallet to smash the bottom of the can until the bottom two ends meet and become flush.
Paint the can with White. Let dry.
Paint your wooden “hello” with Fruit Punch. Let dry.
Remove the extra plies from your napkin until you are left with only the decorative layer.
Apply Mod Podge Outdoor to the painted can. Gently lay the napkin flat onto the can and smooth out any wrinkles with your hand. Let dry. Apply a sealing layer of Mod Podge Outdoor.
Use hot glue to adhere the “hello” to the front of the can, then apply a strip of twine as a hanging device to the inside top of the can.
