Instructions
- Paint the wine gift box with Adirondack White paint. Use swirl motions and keep the paint heavy in some areas and light in other areas. Top-coat the entire box with Sparkle Mod Podge.
- Paint the eyes and moth with Charcoal Black. Paint a carrot nose with Pure Orange. Add a polka-dot detail to the eyes with Vintage White.
- Cut the felt into a fringe scarf shape. Using the hot glue gun, attach around the wine gift bag. Attach the top hat to the top of the box.
