Using pinking sheers, cut the fabric into strips that are approximately 4” wide and 6” long.
Working with just the spider web fabric, saturate the pieces of fabric with Mod Podge. Place the wet pieces onto the outside of the bowl with the print or right side of the fabric against the glass. Over lap the pieces and cover the entire bowl. Allow to dry.
Working with the eyes fabric, saturate the pieces of fabric with Mod Podge. Place the wet pieces onto the outside of the bowl (over the web fabric) with the print or right side of the fabric facing out. Overlap the pieces and cover the entire bowl. Let the fabric hang of the edge of the bowl for a jagged edge. Allow to dry.
Trim around the edge of the bowl with pinking sheers if need. Hot glue pom pom trim around the outer edge. Cut a circle of black felt and glue to the bottom of the bowl to prevent scratching. 5. To clean, hand wipe the inside of the bowl. Works best for wrapped candy.
