Stamped Pencil Case

Instructions

1. Lay your stencil strips on your pouch. Load your stencil brush with your favorite colors of Folkart Multi-Surface paint and apply to the stencil.
2. To apply paint to your stamp, dip the spouncer in your Folkart Multi-Surface paint, dab the spouncer to the stamp, then place the stamp on your surface.
3. When layering stamps, make sure the previous layer’s paint is dry before stamping a second layer.
