Instructions
Red, White, and Blue Star Frame- Find a star shape from the internet and transfer it to copy paper. Make a stencil by using a craft knife to cut stars out.
- Stencil the stars onto the frame in Apple Red and Look At Me Blue.
- Paint the trim on the inside edge of the frame with Wicker White.

- Basecoat plaque with Ink Spot.
