Instructions:
- Basecoat your wood board with Black and let dry.
- Sketch star and crescent moon patterns on your foam core. Cut the shapes out with a craft knife.
- Paint the shapes with different colors of Folkart Matte and let dry.
- Cover the painted shapes with Super Glow. Apply several layers of Super Glow to some of the shapes allowing the layers to completely dry in between coats.
- Arrange and layer the shapes onto your wood surface and secure them to the board with hot glue.
