Sketch star and crescent moon patterns on your foam core. Cut the shapes out with a craft knife.
Paint the shapes with different colors of Folkart Matte and let dry.
Cover the painted shapes with Super Glow. Apply several layers of Super Glow to some of the shapes allowing the layers to completely dry in between coats.
Arrange and layer the shapes onto your wood surface and secure them to the board with hot glue.
