Super Matte Decoupaged Vases Instructions
Basecoat your vases with Milk Jug and let dry. Remove plies from your decorative napkin until you’re left with the final, patterned ply. Cut out shapes and designs from your napkin. Use Mod Podge Super Matte to apply the napkins to your painted vases. Once dry, seal with Mod Podge Super Matte. For a dipped effect, use painters tape to mask off clean lines.
