Instructions
- Paint the frame with Teal paint. Use three coats of paint for good coverage. Once dry, top coat with two coats of Turquoise Extreme Glitter.
- Hot glue a strip of ribbon around the outer edge of the frame.
- Paint the letters with Pink paint. Lightly sand the letters to give them an aged appearance.
- Use gem glue to attach rhinestones to the top of the numbers. Once dry, hot glue the numbers to the frame corner.
