Remove the hangers from the clear plastic ornaments. Squirt small amounts of paint inside of the ornament and swirl. Add more colors as desired and more paint as needed until the inside of the ornament is fully coated in paint.
Sit the ornaments upside down on a drying rack to allow the excess paint to flow out. When the ornaments are dry, add the toppers back on and embellish with ribbons.
