Instructions
- Paint the top of your surface with Winter Chill and paint the bottom of your surface with Snowbank. While the paint is still wet, use a flat brush or spouncer tool to blend the two colors together in the middle. Dip your brush/spouncer in water if the paint is drying too quickly.
