Tin Can Lanterns

Instructions

1. Fill your empty tin cans with water and freeze them overnight.
2. Use your permanent marker to mark off a pattern of where you want to drill your holes in your frozen lantern.
3. Drill your marked holes into your frozen lantern. The ice inside the lantern will prevent the can from denting when you drill into it.
4. Let the ice thaw from the cans.
5. Sand off any rough areas from where you drilled your holes.
6. Basecoat your lanterns in your favorite Apple Barrel Multi-Surface colors. Let dry.
