Instructions:
1. Basecoat ornaments with Folkart paint and let dry. Use your pencil to sketch folkart style patterns on your ornaments. Fill in your sketches with Folkart paint and let dry.
2. Paint a Folkart style design on your wooden bird. Once dry, secure the bird to your ribbon with hot glue and secure the ribbon to the back of the wreath.
3. Secure your ornaments to your wreath.
